Sales and Marketing
Involved in developing different solutions that meet consumer's needs through targeted products and services. Whether it be music downloads, video streaming, or the latest in camera or voice activated mobile phones, this team deliver on the challenge. The Sales and Marketing team is responsible for innovation, product development, business cases, product design, building product management, and life cycle management - as well as ensuring that the content on the terminals is satisfactory and in line with Zain being a socially responsible company.
Call Center
Provide customers with easy access to the services they want, when they need it. We are looking for people with good computer skills, strong keyboard skills and who enjoy speaking with customers on the phone.
You will have excellent communication and listening skills and a flair for problem solving. Or call centers are now upgraded to include various automated services that offer additional benefits and excellent customer care. Among the services offered to our customer:
- Subscription information and Billing inquiries and payments, previous months' invoices and Talk-time package details.
- Pay without speaking to an agent (For Credit Card payments only). This process is sec
- Attendant Help if you require additional information.
- Technical and maintenance emergencies.
- Contract Details with payments.
- Account Details sent via fax.
- Data Retrieval via fax on current offers, product manual, product catalogs, price lists and general information about Zain.
- Special Services. Changing PIN Code, language preference, change contact numbers and requesting to contact you on a specific number.
Corporate Communication & Relations
The CCR (Corporate Communication & Relations) Department is one of the more interesting places to work at Zain if media is your field of interest. CCR is responsible for building and maintaining the brand image of the company. The CCR department handles the following areas:
- Event Management
- Conferences and seminars
- Media relations
- Press releases
- Advertising
- Internal and external communication
- Website content
